I want to introduce you to Jesse Nusbaum, a talented artist who creates beautiful bronze sculptures. Jesse, 25, had planned to follow his father into law, but realized in law school that "his passion for art exceeded any desire to become a lawyer." He turns his ideas into creations with intense detail, which he says “encourages a close more in-depth look into my pieces.” He starts with a lump of clay and turns it into a grand creature, which he then paints using bronze, silver and copper paint. He makes a mold of each piece and then sends them to a foundry to be cast in Bronze or Aluminum. Jesse says ”Once my sculpture mirrors the visual I created in my mind, I know I have successfully fulfilled my mission” Jesse has been invited to exhibit his bronze pieces at Art Basel in Miami in December. Once I saw his work I knew I had to share it with you. His art is beautiful and he is an amazing human being.
We are featuring his Bronze Rhino in our store.
At the start of the 20th century there were 500,000 Rhinos living in the wild.
Today only 29,000 Rhinos remain.
For every Rhino he sells, 3.5% of all proceeds are donated to the International Rhino Foundation.
Stop by the store to see his amazing sculpture of a magnificent animal.
